I offer one-on-one sessions in person at Groundwork Athletics. All sessions begin with a 90-minute assessment to discuss health and fitness background, goals, and conduct a physical assessment of strength and mobility.

I understand that one-on-one sessions may require a significant commitment of time and money, which may not be accessible to everyone. That's why I also offer personalized strength and mobility programs as an alternative. These programs can be highly customized based on your specific needs and interests, ensuring a tailored approach to help you achieve your goals.

All sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up and mobility work. The bulk of our session is spent working on strength, stability, and mobility, utilizing a range of functional movements based on your personal goals and background. We end each session with a cool-down and stretch, ensuring you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Each session is specialized to meet your physical needs. You are the authority in your own body. As such, it is my job to create a program and environment where you can safely challenge your limits and push your body while keeping open channels of communication about what feels good and what feels challenging and encouraging you to learn your boundaries.
