Group Classes
Come join us in the heart of downtown for two weekly group classes, focused on building strength and body awareness.
Classes are held Sundays at 12 noon and Wednesdays at 7pm at Groundwork Athletics.

Group classes are appropriate for folks with all movement backgrounds and levels of strength. Each class includes warm up + mobility, choose your own adventure strength + conditioning, and time to cool down + stretch

Classes are designed to be enjoyable and fun, just as moving should be! This means you do what feels good, and adjust or modify what doesn’t.

Some days are easier than others to be in a body. Show up however you are, and we’ll meet you and you’re body where you’re at in the moment.

Moving is better with friends! Classes are set up to encourage discussion and cooperation with one another, not just the friends you came with.

No matter where you’re at in you movement journey, the choose your own adventure class structure allows you to learn and grow in a safe and supportive environment.
